Install Raqeem Assistant
Install the latest available version of Raqeem Assistant on your iPad.
Enable the Safari extension
Open the Safari extension settings on your iPad and make sure Raqeem Assistant is enabled.
Allow access to the Raqeem website
When Safari requests permission for the extension to access the Raqeem website, allow the access required for the extension to operate.
Open Raqeem in Safari
Sign in to Raqeem using your normal authorized access, then open Raqeem Assistant from Safari.
Troubleshooting
Common fixes if the extension is not working as expected.
Raqeem Assistant does not appear in Safari
Confirm that the Raqeem Assistant Safari extension is enabled in iPad settings. Then fully close and reopen Safari and try again.
The extension opens, but buttons do not affect the Raqeem page
Check that Safari has granted Raqeem Assistant permission to access the Raqeem website. Reload the Raqeem page after changing permissions.
Some patient information is not detected
Make sure the relevant patient record and section are fully loaded in Raqeem before using the related Raqeem Assistant feature. If the page layout has recently changed, the feature may require an update.
A form or shortcut is not working correctly
Reload the Raqeem page and try again. If the issue persists, contact support with the feature name, app version, iPadOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not include patient-identifying data.

No. Raqeem Assistant is a workflow and productivity tool. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for reviewing all information, orders, documentation, and clinical decisions before use.

When contacting support, do not include patient names, National IDs, MRNs, medical record screenshots, or other identifiable health information. Use a description of the issue and non-identifying examples whenever possible.
